Dolores Zarkin, 92, of Oak Park, Michigan, died on 09 June 2024. The Funeral was held at Graveside at Clover Hill Park Cemetery, 2425 E. 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Tuesday, 11 June 2024 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Alon Tolwin officiated. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
Family members include: Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Jerry Zarkin. Cherished mother of Sandi (the late Harland) Cohen, Rosella (Michael Bossin) Zarkin, David (Ioana Nistor) Zarkin, and Mark (Fran Seasons) Zarkin. Dear mother-in-law of Kathy Efthimiou Zarkin. Treasured grandmother of Ashlee (James) Hawkins, Michael (Erica Siegel-Cohen) Cohen, Eli (Adelaide Pagano) Bossin, Joshua (Juliana Beecher) Bossin, Taylor Zarkin, Alex (fiancée Crystal Morello), Maria (Christopher Koumariotis) Zarkin, Ari (fiancée Bethany Brown) Zarkin, Michael Zarkin, and Rheta Edwards (fiancé Steven Cipriano). Adored great-grandmother of Sophia Hawkins, James Hawkins, Caroline Cohen, Ward Cohen, Lena Pagano-Bossin, Tess Pagano-Bossin, Gracie Cipriano, Carter Cipriano, Layla Cipriano, and Tessa Cipriano. Adored sister of Sydney (Joscey) Rochman, Ronald (the late Reva) Rochman, the late Irving (the late Betty) Rochman, and the late Martha Rochman. Special sister-in-law of Aida Greenspan and Elena Foreman. Dolores was predeceased by her dearest and lifelong friend, Shirley Bloom and Shirley's daughter, Cookie Chimoff, and will be lovingly remembered by Cookie's daughters.
