Jean Sulkes
Jean Sulkes, 96, of Chicago, Illinois, formerly of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 26 April 2023. The Funeral was held at Graveside at Clover Hill Park Cemetery, 2425 E. 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Sunday, 30 April 2023 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi Tamara Kolton officiated. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Emanuel M. Sulkes. Cherished mother of Sheila Sulkes, Mark (Lihua Zhang) Sulkes, and Carol (Michael Krauss) Sulkes. Proud grandmother of Zoe Sulkes, Matthew (Sarah) Krauss, Jonathan (Carley) Krauss, and Daniel (Kenna) Krauss. Adoring great-grandmother of Adam, Laura, Emily, and Chloe Krauss. Loving sister of the late William (the late Mildred) Kaplan and the late Julius Kaplan. Dear sister-in-law of Ann Kaplan. She was a special aunt to many loving nieces and nephews, including Linda Kaplan and the late Sandy Sulkes.
