The family of Janet Lowinger Halper will be gathering through the evening of Friday, October 07 at the residence of Lynn & Marc Rosen, 261 N. Glenhurst, Bloomfield Hills MI 48301. The family will gather immediately following the interment service through Friday evening. Family members include: Beloved wife of 69 years of Allen Halper. Cherished mother of Lynn (Marc) Rosen, Shelley (Ron Mochizuki) Halper and Robert (Anne) Halper. Loving grandmother of Jacob (Lara Steele) Rosen, Rebecca Rosen, Michael Mochizuki, Allison (Seth) Waits, Lauren Mochizuki, Jonathan Halper, Elizabeth Halper and the late Kara Mochizuki. Adoring great-grandmother of Lowen Steel Rosen.
