The family will gather immediately following the interment service through Friday evening. Family members include: Beloved wife of 69 years of Allen Halper. Cherished mother of Lynn (Marc) Rosen, Shelley (Ron Mochizuki) Halper and Robert (Anne) Halper. Loving grandmother of Jacob (Lara Steele) Rosen, Rebecca Rosen, Michael Mochizuki, Allison (Seth) Waits, Lauren Mochizuki, Jonathan Halper, Elizabeth Halper and the late Kara Mochizuki. Adoring great-grandmother of Lowen Steel Rosen.
