FUNERAL DETAILS
David Ross KrohngoldDavid Ross Krohngold, 63, died. David is survived by sisters Peggy Krohngold Jackson (the late Bill Jackson) of Houghton, and Elaine Krohngold Hochheiser (Don Hochheiser) of Lakewood, CA; Nephews and nieces Charlie Fox (Amy) of Granby CO., and their sons Dakota and Keaton, Jeremy Olson (Elidia) of Maricopa, AZ, Stacey Olson of San Juan Capistrano, CA, David Villanueva (Secora) of Japan, Mario Villanueva (Brittany) of Howell, Kelly Curtis of Westland, close cousins Pennie Goldin Michelin and her son Josh of Rochester, MI. And his cat, Killer. Dave was the son of Jacob and Clarita (Goldin) Krohngold, and the grandson of Marcus and Ida (Gabelman) Krohngold and Abe and Gertie (Solomon) Goldin. David perused many different careers throughout his life. He was a technical writer and in this capacity, was sent to Germany to get the specifics of a massive army vehicle. While there, he befriended a restaurant owner and helped him with the English translation of many foods on the menu to be more accurate. The job he loved the most was his own business where he started as a handyman but quickly grew into being a craftsman of many talents. David used his pottery skills and his stain glass skills whenever possible. If a customer/friend requested something he had never done, he researched it until he felt comfortable to execute it flawlessly. He did not want to disappoint. He will be missed by so many… It is suggested that those who wish to further honor the memory of David Ross Krohngold may do so by making a contribution to: Michigan Animal Rescue League (M.A.R.L.)Click to Visit Charity Website or Yad EzraClick to Visit Charity Website or A Charity of one's choice |
