Edwin Barris, 80, of Elk Grove, California (formerly of Detroit, Michigan), died on 09 December 2020.

The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Thursday, 17 December 2020 at 11:00 AM .

Rabbi Aaron Bergman officiated.

Family members include:
Beloved husband of 19 years of Kelly Barris. Cherished father of Amy (Robert) Rosender and the late Cantor Neil David Barris. Loving Pa of Olivia Barris, Megan Rosender, Ethan Rosender, and Elina Rosender. Adored brother of Betsyrose (the late Gerald) Rudin.

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
