Theodore "Ted" Brod
Theodore "Ted" Brod, 82, of Oak Park, died on 14 December 2020. The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Wednesday, 16 December 2020 at 3:00 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated. Cherished father of Dana (Don) Swain, Todd (Rhonda) Brod, and the late Matthew Brod. Dear step-father of Michelle (Kevin) Raisch, Brian Soloway, Pamela Soloway Stroh's, Olive and Elizabeth Soloway. Loving Papa Ted of Alexander Swain, Vanessa Swain, Isabelle Swain, Jaclyn (Ian) Dunlop, Ryan (Brittany) Brod, Gabrielle (Brian Lindeman) Brod, Jessica Raisch, Zachary (Fiancée Casey) Raisch, and Michael Raisch. Proud great-grandfather of Aria Lindeman. Brother of the late Miles Brod. Devoted son of the late Lillian and the late Ralph Brod. Brother in Law of Jack Jacobs; Uncle of Matthew (Mellisa) Jacobs and Ryan Jacobs. Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25.
