JoAnn Bell, 73, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 30 March 2020. The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY GRAVESIDE SERVICE on Thursday, 02 April 2020 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Tamara Kolton officiated.
