Dov Szlamkowicz, 62, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 24 August 2018. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 26 August 2018 at 12:00 PM . Rabbi Marla Hornsten officiated. The family of Dov Szlamkowicz will be gathering through the evening of Tuesday, August 28 at the residence of Julie and Brian Dowgiallo, 4310 Still Meadow Lane, West Bloomfield MI 48323. Religious services Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings. Family members include: Beloved father of Adam (Lauren Hague) Szlamkowicz and Julie (Brian) Dowgiallo, Loving Zadey of Alexis and Ari Szlamkowicz, Addison, Brody and Gavin Dowgiallo, Also survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Carolyn Weitzer.
