Irma EdelsonIrma Edelson, 87, died on 28 June 2018. It is with great sadness the family of Irma Edelson announces her passing on Thursday June 28, 2018, at the age of 87. Irma was a loving wife to her husband of 63 years, Herbert Edelson, cherished mother to Drs. Gary (Leora) Edelson, Mrs. Beth (Albert) Kranc, and Ms. Lisa Edelson, and proud grandmother to Daniel, Rina, Jacob, Elana and Morissa. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts on March 2, 1931, she was the devoted daughter of the late William and Raylia Lubetkin. Irma graduated from Weaver High school in Hartford, Connecticut and worked as a bookkeeper. She was passionate about entertaining, cooking and travelling but, most of all, she loved being surrounded by her family and friends. Service and interment took place on Friday June 29. Shiva will take place from 2-7 PM on Wednesday July 4 with services at 5 PM. The address is 25022 Canterbury Road in Franklin, MI.
