Jack Shapiro, MD
Jack Shapiro, MD, 85, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, formerly of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died after sunset on 11 December 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 17 December 2017 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated. The family of Jack Shapiro, MD will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, December 17 at the residence, 2042 Shore Hill Dr, West Bloomfield MI 48323. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening. Dr. Jack Shapiro was born a New Yorker, lived and practiced medicine in the Detroit area for 50 years, and retired to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He is survived by his wife Miriam (Mickey), children Susan Shapiro (Charlie Rubin), Brian Shapiro MD (Monica), Eric Shapiro (Jill), Michael Shapiro MD, and grandchildren Sam, Dara, Andrea, Ben, and Abe.
