Steven Silk, 59, of Waterford, Michigan, died on 20 September 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 24 September 2017 at 8:00 AM . The family of Steven Silk will be gathering through the evening of Tuesday, September 26 at the residence, 4708 Sherwell Drive, Waterford MI 48327. The family will gather Sunday immediately following interment until 2:00 p.m. The family asks for privacy from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Shiva will resume Sunday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. with a religious service at 7:00 p.m. On Monday and Tuesday, the family will gather from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with a religious service at 7:00 p.m. both Monday and Tuesday evenings. Family members include: Beloved husband of Donna Silk. Cherished father of Ethan Silk and Elliot Silk. Adored son of Ayala (and the late Meir) Jedwab. Loving brother of Elan "Al" Jedwab. Dear son-in-law of William and Geri Schwanger. Steven was the owner of The Velmeir Companies in West Bloomfield. He will be lovingly remembered by colleagues and friends.
