Sara Gendelman
Sara Gendelman, 95, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 30 March 2012. The Funeral was held at The David Oppenheim Memorial Chapel at Machpelah Cemetery, 21701 Woodward Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220 on Sunday, 01 April 2012 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Harold Loss and Cantorial Soloist Neil Michaels officiated. Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
The family of Sara Gendelman will be gathering through the evening of Monday, April 02 at the residence of Dr. Brian Gendelman and Dr. Andrea Nakisher, 5425 Avalon Court, West Bloomfield MI 48323. The phone number is 248-682-6784. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and Monday evenings. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Irving Gendelman. Cherished mother of Max (Sheila) Gendelman and Alessandra (Raymond Paul) Shepard. Loving grandmother of Dr. Brian (Dr. Andrea Nakisher) Gendelman, Michael Gendelman, Linda (Dr. Jon) Hoffberger, Dr. Warren (Loann) Shepard, Erica (Farhang) Shamsi, Andrea (Jacob) Ayvazian, Eloy Ramin (Renata) Shepard and Jalieh Shepard. Proud great grandmother of Stephen and Jack Gendelman, Isabel, Emily and David Nakisher, Joshua, Jennifer and Samuel Gendelman, Emily, Sydney and Robert Hoffberger, Paul and Mark Shepard, Nissa and Danesh Shamsi, Alena Isa Ayvazian, Cedric Luca Ayvazian, Andre, Isabela and Juliana Shepard, Allegra Midgette and Badi Milani. Dear sister of Kalman (Ada) Bandalene and Gertrude Klein. Devoted daughter of the late Nathan and the late Minnie Bandalene. Cherished sister of the late Rose Tanner.
