Edith Keidan, 98, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 30 July 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday, 01 August 2017 at 12:00 PM . Rabbi Aaron Starr and Hazzan David Propis officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
The family of Edith Keidan will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, August 06 at the residence of Brenda and Dr. Mark Pensler, 31160 Hunters Drive, Farmington Hills MI 48334. The family will be gathering on Tuesday immediately following the interment and on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. There will be no shiva on Friday or Saturday. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Milford Keidan. Cherished mother of Brenda (Dr. Mark) Pensler. Proud grandmother of Dr. Robert (Dr. Rachel) Pensler, Margaret (Dr. Neal) Kravitz, Pauline (Dr. Daniel) Feldman, Katherine (Nathan) Fink, Pamela (fiancé Jake Gordon) Pensler and Meridith Pensler. Adoring great-grandmother of Maya Pensler, Jack and James Kravitz, Elena, Greta and Bianca Feldman, and Matthew, Samantha and Ethan Fink. Loving sister of the late Pearl Shanbom, the late Sylvia (the late Dr. Morris) Greenberg, and the late Irv Shanbom. Dear sister-in-law of Pat Shanbom. Devoted daughter of the late Sam and the late Minnie Shanbom.
