Fred Green
Fred Green, 90 , of Sarasota, Florida formerly of Detroit, died on 09 May 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Friday, 12 May 2017 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Joshua Bennett and Cantor Neil Michaels officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
The family of Fred Green will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, May 14 at the residence of Caryn & Jerry Acker, 8621 Hendrie, Huntington Woods MI 48070. The family invites friends back to the shiva house immediately following the interment service through 5:00 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday the family invites friends to visit from 2:00-5:00 p.m. On Sunday friends are asked to visit from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and again from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 Sunday evening. Family members include: Beloved husband of the late Shirley Green. Cherished father of Larry Green, Caryn (Jerry) Acker, Susan Green, Jennifer (William) Feinberg and Jodi (Michael) Brin. Loving Geempa of Jordan (Lauren) Acker, Lindsay Acker, Zachary Brin, Jacob Brin, Joshua Brin, Noah Feinberg and Emily Feinberg. Adoring great-grandfather of Jenna Samantha Acker. Devoted son of the late Helen and the late Harry Green. Dear brother of the late Richard Green. Brother-in-law of Carol Green. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
