Jeanette CookJeanette Cook, 95, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 03 May 2015. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday, 05 May 2015 at 3:00 PM . The family of Jeanette Cook will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, May 07 at the residence of Martin and Carol Cook, 6807 Alderly Way, West Bloomfield Mi 48322. The family will be gathering on Tuesday immediately following the interment and on Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. WHEN ARRIVING AT THE SHIVA HOUSE, PLEASE ONLY PARK ON THE HOUSE SIDE OF THE STREET. DO NOT PARK ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE SHIVA HOUSE. Family members include: Beloved wife for 61 years of the late Oscar. She is survived by her loving children; sons and daughters-in-law Gerald and Barbara Cook, and Marty and Carol Cook, and daughter and son-in-law, Francie Cook and David Wiener; beloved grandchildren Cheryl Cook and Devin Cohen, Matthew Cook and Michelle Rowe, Elizabeth and Jeremy Kahn, Stacey Cook and Ken Hoxie, Adam Cook, Brad Manhoff, Jyll and Andrew Bender, Rebecca Katz and Sara Wiener; adored great-grandchildren Cameron Cook, Isaac Cohen. Max Cohen, Jordan Manhoff, Abby Manhoff, Luca Bender and Cobin Katz; dear sister-in-law Sandra Teitel. Cherished sister of the late Ben Teitel and the late Herman Teitel. Loving sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend. Mrs. Cook was known for her ever-present smile, positive outlook, devotion to family, inner strength, intelligence, ability to make friends with people of all ages and dedication to Louis Marshall Chapter of B'nai Brith Women/Jewish Women International.
