Family members include: He is survived by his brother-in-law, Al Frommer, nephews Mark (Arlene) Frommer, Larry (Debbie) Frommer, adored great nieces and nephews and cherished lifelong friends. Arnie was the devoted son of the late Helen and the late Jack Victor and brother to the late Marilyn Frommer. Immediately following the interment, there will be an informal gathering for only close friends and family of Arnie Victor at the home of Larry and Debbie Frommer, 5719 Swan Lake Drive, West Bloomfield, MI 48322.
