Rosalind Hart Sipher
Rosalind Hart Sipher, 87, of Detroit, Michigan, died on 05 October 2024. The Memorial Service was held at Temple Israel, 5725 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48323 on Friday, 15 November 2024 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. Family members include: She is survived by her sons Devan Sipher and Darol Sipher (Angelo Pacella), and other loving family. She was the cherished wife for 57 years of the late Jerome Sipher; the dear sister of the late Ernest (Linda) Hertz; the beloved daughter of the late Eileen Starkstein Fine (the late William Starkstein) and the late Albert Hart.
