Adria Aronovitz, 83, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 07 February 2024. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Friday, 09 February 2024 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated. The family of Adria Aronovitz will gather through Sunday evening, February 11 at the residence of Danny and Joanne Aronovitz, 25816 Pembroke, Huntington Woods MI 48070. Family and friends will gather immediately following interment until 5:00 p.m., and again on Sunday from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. This will conclude shiva for the Aronovitz family. The family of Rosie Schlussel, Adria's sister, will sit shiva on their own at Rosie’s residence, 28755 Bell Rd in Southfield starting Monday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. and then from 7:00-9:30 p.m. and continues until Wednesday night. Family members include: Beloved wife of 63 years of Marvin Aronovitz. Cherished mother of Danny (Joanne) Aronovitz, Jimmy (Mindy) Aronovitz, and Margie (Marc) Katz. Adored grandmother of Sara Aronovitz, Ben (Jill) Aronovitz, Anna Aronovitz, Jordan (Sam) Schlechter, Sydney (Jeffrey) Talasazan, Anthony (fiancée Emily Bluestein) Aronovitz, Henry (Lakyn) Katz, Oliver Katz, and Lillian Katz. Proud great-grandmother of Noa Rae Schlechter. Loving sister of Rosie (Mark) Schlussel, Judy (Walter) Coleman, and Ronnie (Jackie) Meckler. Sister-in-law of Leonard (Eleanor) Aronovitz. Also survived by many loving and cherished nieces and nephews.
