Michael Schwartz, 96, of Deerfield, Illinois, formerly of Detroit, Michigan, died on 28 August 2023. The Funeral was held at GRAVESIDE on Thursday, 31 August 2023 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Rachel Shere officiated. Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park, 28500 W 6 Mile Road, Livonia MI 48152.
Family members include: Beloved husband of 66 years of Janice Schwartz. Dear father of Mark (Jill) Schwartz, Robert (Karen) Schwartz, and Stuart Schwartz. Treasured grandfather of Barrie, Josh (Jessica), Mitchell, Corey, Jason, Griffin, and Zachary. Pre-deceased by his siblings: William (Pauline) Schwartz, Julius (May) Schwartz, Rachel (Jack) Kellman, David (Mildred) Schwartz. Brother-in-law to Phyllis (the late Sid) Freedland. Michael leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.
