Steven Jay Lebowski, 70, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2023, shortly after hearing goodbyes from his family. He was predeceased by his father Eugene Lebowski, mother Rose Lebowski, and brother David Lebowski. Beloved husband to Joann Martin-Lebowski and dear brother of Gary (the late Donna) Lebowski; special father to Michael, Samuel, Amber (Michael), and Anthony; stepfather to Brian (Kristen) and Amy; and grandfather to Ava and Vincent. He started out his career as a humble accountant to becoming an outstanding CPA, attorney, money manager, and deal maker. He transitioned his firm to specialize in Elder Law during his later years and was able to help many seniors in doing so. Boating was a huge part of his life from his 30s thru his mid-60s. He was great at telling stories that either made everyone laugh loudly or left the listeners with a warm compassionate feeling. There are few, if any, more generous than Steve. A few examples of his kindness include leading charitable organizations; giving back to the community; random gifts of gratitude; and providing help to those in time of need and the less fortunate. Steve loved to frequently entertain family and friends with boating excursions, baseball game tickets, vacations, concerts, dinners out, and gatherings at his personal home. Steve lived larger than life, always making sure to go over and beyond. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
