Family members include:
Beloved wife of 61 years of Daniel Malamud; devoted mother of Randy Malamud and wife Nina Gupta of Atlanta, Georgia, and Lisa Apostol and husband Paul Apostol Jr. of Framingham, Massachusetts; beloved Grandma Judie to Jake and Ben Simonds-Malamud and Owen and Emma Apostol; loving sister to Gail (Disner) and the late Stuart Lindenberg and cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Judith was born in Detroit and attended the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) where she met the love of her life. Her love of books and of putting things in order drove her to get her Master’s in Library Science at Simmons University. She spent her career at the University of Pennsylvania’s Veterinary and Medical Libraries, and then as Director of the Medical Library at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Judie loved to travel, attend plays, visit museums, make jewelry, and go antiquing, but most of all spending time with her loving family.
