Donald Baron
Donald Baron, 82, of East Lansing, Michigan, died on 14 January 2023. The Funeral was held at Congregation Shaarey Zedek, 1924 Coolidge Rd, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 on Monday, 16 January 2023 at 4:30 PM . Rabbi Amy Bigman and Cantor Pamela Schiffer officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.The funeral service at East Lansing Congregation Shaarey Zedek will be immediately followed by a Meal of Condolence and then a shiva service. There will also be a shiva service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17 at the residence, 6361 Island Lake Drive, East Lansing, MI 48823. Family members include: Beloved husband of almost 60 years of Anita Baron. Cherished father of Neil (Elsy) Baron and Hannah Hall. Proud grandfather of Nicole (fiancé David Sable) Baron, Abigail Baron, Adam Baron, and Harrison Hall. Loving brother of the late Paula (the late Joseph) Simon. Dear brother-in-law of Elliott (Marlene) Harvith and Alan (Freddie Winston-) Harvith. Devoted son of the late Herman and the late Sally Baron. Also survived by his special aunt, Jean Willens, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery was held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. with Rabbi Joseph Krakoff. Both the graveside service and the East Lansing service will be posted on this website for family and friends to view as soon as both videos are available.
