Ronald Rosenberg
Ronald Rosenberg, 68, of Phoenix, Arizona, died on 30 August 2022. The Funeral was held at Graveside at Clover Hill Park Cemetery, 2425 E. 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Thursday, 08 September 2022 at 10:00 AM . Rabbi Avie Shapiro officiated. Ron grew up in Detroit and moved his family to Chicago in the early 1990's. Ron will always be remembered for his devotion to his family, Jewish faith, and finding joy in making people laugh. He was a lifelong University of Michigan fan, collector of comics, a Raised Master Mason and Shriner, and could never resist Tootsie Rolls or a good Kishka. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Shirley, and sister Susan (Neal). He was the cherished father of Jeremy (Haley) and Ryan (Kelly), loving Grampa to Brennan, Cami, Grace, Everett, and Eliza, Sister Linda (Joel) Chess, dear brother of Joel (Teri) Rosenberg, and wonderful uncle to Mark (Michelle) and Carrie Chess, Adam (Jodi) and Daniel Robin, Josh (Katie) and Aaron (Jess) Rosenberg. Family and friends will be gathering on Thursday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the home of Joel and Teri Rosenberg, 7600 Hemlock Dr., West Bloomfield, MI 48324. The family is asking that anyone attending the shiva get a negative covid test prior to entering the home.
