Donald Simon
Donald Simon, 89, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 27 July 2021. The Funeral was held at Graveside at Machpelah Cemetery on Friday, 30 July 2021 at 3:00 PM . The family of Donald Simon will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, August 01 at the residence, 6318 Ramwyck Ct., West Bloomfield MI 48322. The phone number is 248-855-3693. The family invites friends back to the house for the sudat havrah (the meal of condolence) immediately following the interment service and will gather through 9:00 p.m. Friday evening with Religious Services conducted at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, friends will gather from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m., with Religious Services conducted at 7:00 p.m. On Sunday, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and again from 6:30-9:00 p.m. with Religious Services conducted at 7:00 p.m. Only those that are fully vaccinated may attend the funeral service or the shiva house, and those attending are required to wear a mask. Family members include: Beloved husband of 59 years of the late Esther Simon. Cherished father of Robert (Debbie) Simon, the late Barbara Luria, and the late Cynthia Wagner. Dear father-in-law of Lewis Wagner and Bruce (Sue) Luria. Proud grandfather of Brent (Dana) Luria, Elyssa (Eyal) Dimant, Catie Luria, Stuart (Maggie) Wagner, Hilary Wagner, Justin Wagner, Andrew Simon, and Allison Simon. Adoring great-grandfather of Joey and Owen Luria, Boaz and Shai Dimant, Sora Cynthia Simon Wagner, and Julie Claire Simon Wagner. Dear brother of the late Lewis Simon and the late Richard Simon. Brother-in-law of the late Helen (the late Irvin) Strub. Uncle of Michael Strub, Peggy (Archie) Nash, Henry (Rebecca) Strub, David (Lisa) Simon, Anne (Steven) Riegel, and John Simon.
