Reva Talon, 92, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 15 May 2021.

The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 at 3:00 PM .

Rabbi Marla Hornsten officiated.

Reva Talon was born May 25, 1925 in Windsor, Ontario. Reva was a kind, openhearted person that was beloved by all who met her. She had the gift of making everyone feel special, loved and accepted.

She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 72 years, Bernie. She was the cherished mother of Larry (Marianne) Talon, and Susan (Marc) Talon-Mazer; proud grandmother of Lyndsey (Robbie) Steinbock, Sara Talon, Rachel Mazer, and the late Ari Mazer; adoring great-grandmother of Charlie and Rose Steinbock; loving sister of the late Syrel (the late Larry) Greene. She is also survived by her special cousin Reva (Bob) Rosen, and other loving relatives and friends.

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25 people inside and 50 at graveside.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
