Thelma Kaplan

Thelma Kaplan, 90, of Lake Worth, Florida, died on 13 April 2021.

The Funeral was a private family graveside service on Friday, 16 April 2021 at 3:30 PM .

Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated.

Family members include:
Beloved wife of the late Donald Kaplan. Cherished mother of David (Lisa) Kaplan, Diane Kaplan, and Sharon (Lee) Vandenbeldt. Loving Bubbie of Sarah Kaplan, Isaac Adler, Sam Adler, Kim Saffran, Matthew (Kelly) Vandenbeldt, Joe (Megan) Vandenbeldt and Ross (Taylor) Vandenbeldt. Great-grand Bubbie of Elia and Cayson Saffran, Nevaeh Vandenbeldt, Sophia Vandenbeldt, Joelena Vandenbeldt, and Warren Vandenbeldt. Devoted daughter of the late Isadore and the late Edith Kolodney. Sister of the late Reva Stocker.

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25 people inside and 50 at graveside.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
