Howard Ellias, 90, of Trenton, MI, died on 04 April 2021.

The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY GRAVESIDE SERVICE on Tuesday, 06 April 2021 at 2:00 PM .

Rabbi David Nelson officiated.

Family members include:
Beloved son of the late Esther and the late Meyer Ellias. Cherished brother of the late Phillip Ellias, the late Margie (the late Allen) Charnes, the late Stanley (the late Catherine) Ellias and the late Naomi Dallen. Adored uncle of Ellen Charnes, Marilyn Engel, Sandra Simmons, Michael Dallen, Flora Subar and Gayle Ellias. Beloved companion of Lorraine Van Thomme. Also survived by Claudia (Jon) Washburn, Colleen Washburn, Papo Family, Wainer Family, Golden Family and Rhonda and Joe.

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25 people inside and 50 at graveside.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
