Debra Lynn Nessel, 64, of Walled Lake, Michigan, died on 23 March 2021.

The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Friday, 26 March 2021 at 10:00 AM .

Family members include:
Loving life partner of Jeffrey Lutz. Cherished sister of Karen (Mark Diem) Katz and Michelle (Robert) Shur. Proud aunt of Ryan (Julie) Katz, Robyn (Jordan) Roberts, Matthew Shur, and Erica Shur. Adoring great-aunt of Olivia Katz, Tyler Katz, Anne Roberts, and Henry Roberts. Devoted daughter of the late Esther and the late Thomas Nessel. Also survived by her beloved cats, Boo Boo and Yogi

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25 people inside and 50 at graveside.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
