Harvey Alvin Shapiro, 96, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, died on 05 February 2021.

The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Wednesday, 10 February 2021 at 10:30 AM .

Rabbi Alicia Harris officiated.

Family members include:
Beloved husband of Margaret Wells and the late Leah Shapiro. Cherished father of Julia Shapiro and Eli Shapiro. Loving grandfather of Danielle Shapiro, Carly (Adam) Mitchell, Melissa (Daniel Cassar) DiDonato, Danielle Vernon, Nicole Webber. Adoring great-grandfather of Isaac, Micah, Bella, Noah, Jacob, Amelia and Joshua. Dear brother of Robert Shapiro and the late Harold Shapiro.

Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25.

For now, in-person funeral attendance will be limited to only immediate family. Otherwise, funerals may be viewed live and recorded on chapel websites.
