Gail Rose Soskin, 88, of Sacramento, California (formerly of Southfield, Michigan), died on 07 December 2020. The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Wednesday, 16 December 2020 at 2:30 PM . Devoted daughter of the late Nellie and the late Otto Hyman. Cherished mother of Diane Ash and Neil Soskin (Gayle Brickman). Loving grandmother of Justin Ash (Michelle Zimmerman) and Marissa Ash (Michael Reilly), and Aaron Soskin and Kayla Soskin. Adoring great-grandmother of Ethan Joshua Ash-Zimmerman. Fondly remembered by Norman Ash and Karen Soskin. Metro Detroit’s Jewish funeral homes have agreed that families should follow the directive of Centers for Disease Control and restrict the size of gatherings to no more than 25.
On Sunday, December 13th at 8:00 pm (EST) a memorial service and shiva will be held via Zoom for family and friends to gather. In addition to prayers and Kaddish, family and friends will have an opportunity to share memories of Gail.
