Dr. Donald Polk, 96, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 06 December 2020. The Funeral was A PRIVATE FAMILY GRAVESIDE SERVICE on Monday, 07 December 2020 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Yerachmiel Rabin officiated. Interment at Beth El Memorial Park, 28120 6 Mile Road, Livonia MI 48152.
Family members include: Beloved Husband of 68 years of Linda Polk; Cherished father of Ellen (Dave Hoke) Craw, Gary (Tammie) Polk, and Ken Polk. Brother of the late Sandra and Herman Teitel. Uncle and cousin to the family of the late Jack and Olga Lewis, Sam and Esther Wittus, and Ann and Rubin Galchinsky.
