FUNERAL DETAILS
Max Lapides
Max Lapides, 92, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died after sunset on 23 January 2020. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Monday, 27 January 2020 at 1:00 PM . The family of Max Lapides will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, January 30 at the residence, 7312 Meadowridge Circle, West Bloomfield MI 48322. Family and friends will gather immediately following the interment on Monday; and from 2:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Family members include: Max is survived by Sissi, his loving wife of 62 years. He was a wonderful father to Leah and Laura (Denise), kind grandfather to Jesica (Seth), and proud great-grandfather to Thomas. Max was preceded in death by his sister Helene Hyman (Charles). And his family is grateful to Mo, Breonia, Teri, Vanessa, and Tonya, who cared for Max with great compassion. He was a lifetime Tigers fan, a loyal friend, and a man of integrity.
