Ilana Kaufman
Ilana Kaufman, 79, of Tel Aviv, Israel, died on 24 July 2019. The Funeral was held at Tel Aviv, Israel on Friday, 26 July 2019 at 2:00 PM . Born in Poland, October 1939, Ilana was a Hidden Child saved by righteous gentiles. She lived in Tel Aviv Israel. Ilana was predeceased by her husband Shimon Kaufman, a Holocaust Survivor. They met in Israel after the war and had three children, Alon (Shari Ferber) Kaufman, Ronen Kaufman, and Ravit (Chagai) Shtiler; and 11 grandchildren – Daniel, Jonathan, Joshua, Amit, Laurenne, Idan, Tomer, Natalierose, Guy, Dona, Itai. Ilana leaves behind many loving relatives and friends. Ilana’s number one priority was family. She loved to laugh, took pleasure in cooking and entertaining her family and friends, was very charitable, compassionate, and kind to all. She will be terribly missed by so many. Shiva in Israel thru Thursday. There will be a gathering in Ilana’s memory at a later date in Michigan. |
