Sylvia Hubert Goldberg, 103, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 22 April 2019. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday, 23 April 2019 at 2:30 PM . Rabbi Aaron Bergman and Hazzan Daniel Gross officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
The family of Sylvia Hubert Goldberg will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, April 25 at the residence of Leslie and Barbara Hubert, 7255 Danbrooke, West Bloomfield MI 48322. The phone number is 248-661-2658. Due to Passover, there will not be a formal shiva. The family will be gathering informally on Tuesday immediately following the interment, and on Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. and from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Milton Hubert and the late Jack Goldberg. Cherished mother of Leslie (Barbara) Hubert, Roberta (Melvyn Goldstein) Segel Goldstein, and the late Richard Hubert. Dear mother-in-law of Vicky Hubert and the late David Segel. Loving grandmother of Howard (Mary Beth) Hubert, Mark (Charlotte) Hubert, Michelle Hubert, Michael Hubert, Nicole (Todd) Fink, and Amanda Segel. Adoring great-grandmother of Alex, Max, Molly, Rachel and Lauren Hubert, Breanna Weddle, Brooke Hubert, and Madelaine, Aerin and Andrew Fink. Proud great-great-grandmother of Lillian Weddle. Dear sister of the late Rose (the late Lewis) Manning, and the late Ethel (the late Nathan Kantor) Kantor Kort. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and a world of friends.
