Michael "Mitch" NewmanMichael "Mitch" Newman, 96, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, died on 05 February 2019. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Thursday, 07 February 2019 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. The family of Michael "Mitch" Newman will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, February 07 at the residence of Kelli and Yudi Rosenzweig, 7222 Fairhill, Bloomfield Hills MI 48301. The phone number is 248-935-0066. Family and friends will gather Thursday immediately following interment through the evening. Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening. Family members include: Beloved husband of Jean Becker Newman. Cherished father of Harry (Audrey) Newman, Brenda Newman, Marci (Stuart) Feldman, and Steve (Barbara) Becker. Loving grandfather of Courtney (Brendan) Koerner, the late Michelle Newman, Kelli (Yudi) Rosenzweig, Eric (Diana) Feldman, Ryan Becker, and Julie Becker. Great-grandfather of Maceo Koerner, Ciel Koerner, Jackson Rosenzweig and Eli Rosenzweig. Pre-deceased by Louise Kolko. Brother of the late Art Newman, the late Harry Newman, the late Carl Newman, the late Max Newman and the late Lou Newman. Also survived by this longtime friend Marty Bacow.
