Bernice Katz, 97, of West Bloomfield, died after sunset on 27 December 2018. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 30 December 2018 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. Cherished mother of Bruce (Andrea) Katz, and Steven Katz. Loving grandma of Emily (Chris) Magrin and Carly (David) Katz-Hackman. Great grandmother of Harper Magrin, Jackson Magrin and Daisy Katz-Hackman. Sister of the late Sydell (the late Sam) Leebove and the late Dr. Donald Berkower. Sister-in-law of Toby Berkower, the late Wilfred (the late Bernice) Katz, and the late Marilyn Kaufman. Devoted daughter of the late Louis and the late Jennie Berkower.
