Bessie Stone
Bessie Stone, 99, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 10 December 2018. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Wednesday, 12 December 2018 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff, Rabbi Aaron Bergman, and Cantor Daniel Gross officiated. The family of Bessie Stone will be gathering through the afternoon of Friday, December 14 at the residence of Elaine and Michael Serling, 5156 Deer Run Circle, West Bloomfield MI 48323. The phone number is 248-681-8949. Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The family will be receiving friends and family immediately following the interment service on Wednesday through 5:00 p.m. and again 6:30-8:30 p.m. On Thursday 2:00-5:00 p.m. and again from 6:30-8:30 p.m. On Friday from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Philip Stone. Cherished mother of Elaine (Michael) Serling and Neale (Cyd) Stone. Loving Grandma Bess of Alizah (Adam) Forman, Dana (Ranil) Serling-Hapuarachchi, Ryan (Renee) Stone and Scott (Sharona) Stone. Proud great-grandmother of Alexis Forman, Danielle Forman, Addison Hapuarachchi and Shane Hapuarachchi, Aryeh Stone, Talya Stone, Malca Stone, Naomi Stone and Rafael Stone. Sister of the late Sam Weinstein, the late Morrey Weinstein, the late Louie Weinstein and the late Sally Berns. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, her loving caregivers, Donna, Charlie, Benita, Caroline, Tisa, Beverly and Felicia.
