Shirley M. Cohen, 91, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 06 December 2018. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Monday, 10 December 2018 at 10:00 AM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. The family of Shirley M. Cohen will be gathering through the evening of Monday, December 10 at the residence of Ronald Cohen and Beth Anbender Cohen, 6691 Perham, West Bloomfield MI 48322. Family members include: Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Modiano and the late Louis Cohen; cherished and loving mother of Roslynn (Bernard) Fantich and Ronald (Beth Anbender) Cohen; adored and respected grandmother of Brian (Vanessa) Fantich, Jason Fantich, Kevin (Jennifer) Fantich, Loren Fantich, David Cohen and James Cohen; treasured and proud great-grandmother of Harper, Leo, Noah and Ivy Fantich; dearest and loved aunt of Donald (Anne) Cohen, David Cooper and the late Roberta Cooper. Shirley was the devoted and loving daughter of the late James and the late Ethel Schossberger; beloved sister of the late Elsie Jaffee. Special thoughts are with her devoted, loving and caring longtime friends, Dorothy Kaplan Krashin and the late Lillian Korobkin. A special thanks to Claude and Daniella Marit, Michelle, Elena and Savannah, and the wonderful staff and friends at the Ahava House.
