Sylvia Surowitz, 99, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, died on 24 November 2018.
The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday, 27 November 2018 at 2:00 PM .

Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
The family of Sylvia Surowitz will be gathering through the evening of Wednesday, November 28 at the residence of Jeffrey and Donna Serwin, 1262 Forest Bay Drive, Waterford MI 48325.
Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Family members include:
Beloved wife of the late George Surowitz. Beloved mother of Shirley Ann (Peter) Gindin, Dolores Jean Galvin, Dr. Ronald (Diane) Surowitz and Rosalind (Roger) Whyman. Loving grandmother of Judie Harvey, Linda (Brad) Rocco, Beth (Brian) Miksa, Dr. Brian Rothman, Mark (Erica) Whyman, Dr. Joshua (Jennifer) Surowitz, Douglas (Lina) Surowitz, and Kelly Whyman (Dustin Seigel) . Adoring great-grandmother of Lauren Harvey, David Harvey, Jonathan Harvey, Elizabeth Rocco, George Rothman, Alexandra Rothman, Ivana Surowitz, Jackson Surowitz, Healy Lang Whyman, Nicholas Surowitz, Emily Surowitz, Klara Rose Whyman, and Charlotte Surowitz. Dear sister of the late Rosalee Stoler. Devoted daughter of the late Leah and the late Isadore Rudolph Zeichner.
At age 94, Sylvia had an aortic valve replaced. At the time, she was near death and said, "If God wants me, I have lived a good life. Please don't mourn my passing, celebrate my life."
