Howard Emmer, 82, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 23 October 2018. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Thursday, 25 October 2018 at 2:00 PM . The family of Howard Emmer will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, October 28 at the residence of Dr. Tony and Julie Emmer, 5050 Village Commons Drive, West Bloomfield MI 48322. Family and friends will gather immediately following interment through Thursday evening; On Friday from 1:00-5:00 p.m.; and on Sunday from 1:30-8:30 p.m. Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday and Sunday evenings. Family members include: Beloved husband of 54 years of Rebecca Emmer. Cherished father of Dr. Tony (Julie) Emmer and Erica (Dr. Matthew) McManus. Loving Papa of Jordan Emmer, Eriel Emmer, Noah Emmer, Ian McManus and Zoe McManus. Adored brother of Gloria (Ernest) Solomon. Dear brother-in-law of Beatrice (the late Gerald) Taines and the late Dr. Edward Chodoroff.
