Martin Alvin, 69, of Huntington Woods, Michigan, died on 07 August 2018.

The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Thursday, 09 August 2018 at 2:00 PM .

Rabbi Daniel Schwartz officiated.

The family of Martin Alvin will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, August 12 at the residence, 13133 Ludlow Avenue , Huntington Woods MI 48070.

The family will be gathering following services on Thursday through the evening with religious services at 7:00 Thursday evening.

On Friday friends are welcome to join the family for the burial at Forest Hills cemetery at 11:00 a.m. following the interment friends are invited to a lunch at 414 North Main St. Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Please note that there is parking at the farmers market less than 1 block away. On Friday evening friends are welcome to gather informally at the residence from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

On Saturday the family will gather informally from 1:00-9:00 p.m.at the residence.

On Sunday the family will gather from 1:00-9:00 p.m. at the residence.

Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 Thursday and Sunday evenings.

Family members include:
Beloved husband of Diane Alvin. Cherished father of Joanne Alvin. Loving brother of Karen Pleasant. Dear brother-in-law of Michael Mostov, Patti Mostov Hartman (Dan) and Stephen Mostov (Ruth). Devoted son of Sybil Avison, step-son of Jerry Avison. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

PLEASE NOTE THE BURIAL WILL TAKE PLACE 11:00 A.M. FRIDAY AT FOREST HILLS CEMETERY IN ANN ARBOR.
