Friends are welcome to visit immediately following the interment service on Tuesday through the evening with religious services at 7:00 p.m. Family members include: Loving husband of 68 years of Bryna Frank. Cherished father of Jay W. (Lynda) Frank, Steven H. (Linda) Frank and Francie (the late Scott) Watson. Adoring grandfather of Misty (Dave) Villalobos, Amber Frank, Matthew (Kendra) Watson, Andrew (Randee) Watson, Joshua (Lindsay) Watson, Jenna (Aaron) Overly, Jason Watson and Benjamin Watson. Dear great-grandfather of Lucia & Asher Villalobos, Marcos Figueroa, Livia & Alexandra Watson, Josephine Watson and Penelope & Fiona Watson. Brother of the late S.
