Polina Yakubsfeld, 94, of Oak Park, Michigan, died after sunset on 10 December 2017.

The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday, 12 December 2017 at 9:30 AM .

Rabbi Yosef Misholovin officiated. Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park, 28500 W 6 Mile Road, Livonia MI 48152.

Beloved wife of the late Mikhael Yakubsfeld. Cherished mother of Margarita (Zakhar Volozin) Volozina, and Olexander (Zlata) Iakubsfeld. Loving grandmother of Mikhael (Diana), Elena (Ariel), and Yana (Jonathon).
