William "Val" Resnick
William "Val" Resnick, 91, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 26 October 2017. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Monday, 30 October 2017 at 3:30 PM . Rabbi Dovid Polter officiated. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
Family members include: Beloved husband of the late Mignon Resnick. Loving companion of 22 years of Ann Harris. Cherished father of Nelson (Robin) Resnick, Ronald (Cinda) Resnick, Howard (Shari) Resnick, Cindy (Bruce Gaston) Gudenau, Lori (Van) Conway, and the late Stephen Resnick. Father-in-law of Deborah Guss. Loving grandpa of Carly Conway, Kendall Conway, Alexandra Gudenau, Matthew Gudenau, Michelle (Ron) Nunnally, Erica (Didier) Fonck, Adam Resnick, Michael Resnick, Tracy Resnick, Mark Meadus, Kevin Meadus, Julianne Resnick, and Brandon Resnick. Survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Also survived and loved by Ann's children, Stewart (Maxcine) Sherman, Allen (Carol) Sherman; Ann’s grandchildren, Rachel (Brian) Engel, Katie Sherman, Ilana Sherman, Noah Sherman, Jessica Sherman, Ann’s great-grandchildren, Zachary Engel, Aria Engel, and Poppy Engel. Brother of Albert (Sue) Resnick, Mary (Burton) Schwartz, the late Milton (the late Betty) Resnick. Brother-in-law of Ava Resnick. Immediately following the burial at Clover Hill Park, the family of William "Val" Resnick will be gathering at The Townsend Hotel, 100 Townsend Hotel, Birmingham MI 48009, through Monday evening. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday evening.
