Harry Shapiro, 91, of West Bloomfield, MI and Longboat Key, FL, died on 28 December 2015. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Thursday, 31 December 2015 at 10:00 AM . The family of Harry Shapiro will be gathering through the evening of Saturday, January 02 at the residence, 4786 Tara Court, West Bloomfield MI 48323. The phone number is 248-851-3306. The family will be gathering on Thursday immediately following the interment and on Friday and Saturday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Religious services will be held on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. Family members include: Beloved husband of 65 years of Esther Landau Shapiro. Cherished father of Barbara Shapiro, Audrey Shapiro, Gary (Dobi) Shapiro and Carol Shapiro-Havis. Loving grandfather of Aaron (Amanda) Wilkin, Jacob (Rebekah) Shapiro, Victoria (Steven) Hakim, Ilana Shapiro, Lilly Havis and Izzy Havis. Proud great-grandfather of Ari Morris Shapiro. Loving brother of the late Sarah (the late Phil) Cherrin and the late Dr. Usher Shapiro. Devoted son of the late Jacob and the late Ida Shapiro. Dear brother-in-law of Joseph (Resa) Landau.
