Protection Against Inflationary Costs
Your money held in the funeral escrow account is a guarantee from unpredictable inflationary costs. Pre-Arranged payment will cover expenses at the actual time of need.
Standard life insurance policies may not defray inflationary costs. Instead, it may leave you, your family, or estate vulnerable to pay the difference between today's costs and tomorrow's prices.
Social Services Assistance
Pre-paid funeral funds are deemed non-countable assets for individuals who live in nursing homes. Pre-paid funeral expenses reduce assets which allows applicants for Social Services assistance to become eligible sooner.

Pre-Arranged Funeral Program
Probably the single most difficult aspect of a pre-arranged funeral is talking about it. In reality, pre-arranged funerals have been around since the days when Abraham purchased a burial plot for his wife, Sara.
In today's society, families are spread throughout the country. Too often when a death occurs, funeral plans were unspoken leading to decisions made out of necessity, rather than arrangements made by choice. A pre-arranged funeral is intended to bring clarity and comfort to your situation.
It doesn't matter if you are in the prime of your career or settling into retirement, choosing a pre-arranged funeral is a financially intelligent and practical decision.
When you choose the apropriate plan, then pay for a funeral plan, your money is held in an interest-accruing escrow account. That interest covers inflationary costs at the time of the actual funeral whether 10, 20 or 30 years from now (or longer).
Most importantly, you will never pay additional costs, although those costs may double or triple at the time of need. If the funeral costs are lower than the amount held in your escrow account, we return the difference to the estate.
When you decide to make the necessary arrangements, we'll discuss and make a permanent record of topics such as:
- Basic personal information that would be necessary at the time of need (e.g. social security number, parents' names, birthdates, etc.)
- Choice of Chapel, Graveside or Cemetery Chapel Service
- Choice of Clergy
- Selection of casket
- Special requests from the family
Unlike other pre-arranged funeral programs, we do not add a commission, fee or other charges to the cost of your plan. Our aim is to assist you in choosing a pre-arranged funeral that will provide you with peace of mind and cost savings.
At any time, for whatever reason, you may cancel your arrangements. The principal, plus all accrued interest from the original date of agreement, will be returned to you.
If you wish, we can arrange to discuss pre-need at your convenience.
