Vivian K. Sharkey, 96, of Tucson, Arizona, died on 5 March 2010.

The funeral was held at Ira Kaufman Chapel on Thursday, 11 March 2010 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi Aaron Bergman officiated.

Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

The family of Vivian K. Sharkey will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, March 11 at the residence of Karen and David Gunsberg, 4760 Tara Court, West Bloomfield Mi 48323 for friends to call. The phone number is 248-855-9427.

Religious Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Thursday evening.

Beloved Wife of the Late Bernard Sharkey; Cherished Mother of Joel (Arlene) Sharkey, Philip (Karen) Sharkey and Hannah (Ron) Meyerson; Devoted "Bobi" to 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; Daughter of the Late Edward and the Late Sophie Kopel; Beloved sister of Mickey (the Late Hy) Davids, the late Hal (the late BJ) and the Late Larry (the Late Shirley) Kopel; generous cousin and aunt, other survivors include innumerable friends of the family that lovingly claimed her as Aunt "Viv". She was a friend of many a stranger to very few.
