Gerald Shapiro, 90, of Southfield, MI, died on 6 May 2009.

The funeral was held at Ira Kaufman Chapel on Sunday, 10 May 2009 at 11:00 AM . Rabbi Aaron Bergman officiated.

Religious services will be conducted at 7:00 PM Sunday and Monday evenings.

Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park.

Beloved husband of the late Shirley Shapiro. Devoted father of Robert E. (Diane Zogut) Shapiro, Linda Shapiro and Cynthia Chafetz. Brother of the late Loraine Carson. Brother in law of Arline Nadler and Herb Carson. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
