George Duchin, 86, of Southfield, MI, died on 4 August 2008.

The funeral was held at Ira Kaufman Chapel on Wednesday, 6 August 2008 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi's David Nelson and Avi Shapiro officiated.

George Duchin was the Owner of Kay Furniture in Waterford and Pontiac. He was a Founding Member of Congregation Beth Shalom.

Interment at Oakview Cemetery.

The family of George Duchin will be gathering through the morning of Tuesday, August 12 at the residence, 28745 Tavistock Trail, Southfield MI 48034 for friends to call. The phone number is 248-356-2777.

There will be Morning and Evening Services throughout the week of Shiva at 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.

Evening Services will be held Wednesday, Thursday and Monday Evenings at 7:00 P.M. and

Morning Services at 7:00 A.M. Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday Mornings.

There is no Shiva Saturday Evening and Sunday due to Tisha B'av.
