Phyllis Bleznak, 89, of Phoenix, Arizonia, died on 02 September 2017. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Tuesday, 05 September 2017 at 11:00 AM . The family of Phyllis Bleznak will be gathering through the evening of Wednesday, September 06 at the residence of Mitchell and Michelle Bleznak, 685 Pierce St., Birmingham MI 48009. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Friends are welcome immediately following the burial at Clover Hill Park Cemetery until 5:00 P.M.-and beginning at 6:30 Tuesday evening; and Wednesday friends are welcome from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. and then beginning again Wednesday evening at 6:30 P.M. Family members include: Beloved wife of Richard Bleznak; Cherished mother of Ellen Bleznak, Mitchell (Michelle) Bleznak and the late Steven Marc Bleznak; Loving grandma Phyllis of Elise (Adam) Kaplan, Bradley Wiss, Adam (Meryl) Bleznak, David (Sonya) Bleznak and Julia Bleznak; Proud great-grandmother of Brooks and Blake Kaplan; Sister of Fred (Gay) Rubin and Lois (the late Philip) Begun.
